MOBILITY
The term mobility is thrown around a lot today, but often with a false meaning. It is widely confused with flexibility and so gets disregarded by most. Mobility to me is a perfect mixture of flexibility and strength, it creates power and stability throughout your full range of motion. Lately more and more people are coming to the same conclusion, that strengthening joints and creating bigger and stronger movement capacities will not only make you a better functioning human, but will also help mitigate injuries, increase athleticism and overall strength as well as decrease joint pain and delay the onset of osteoarthritis. Mobility isn’t just for the injured or elderly, it is for anyone that wants to move free from restrictions for as long as possible.
